      Self care is nothing but caring yourself too. Here I will give 5 most easy tips for beginners who those new to self care world. It doesn't have any particular formality to do caring yourself. So I'm giving what are the easy steps to care yourself even if you are busy with work. In this competitive world people forget to care themselves instead they care about gadgets and material things. I'm happy about you people here, it will change somehow anything.

1. Be Hydrate

          Most of the people forget to drink enough water while working. You must check out often whether you are hydrate or not. Being hydrate helps to be energetic always. You can stick a paper which express 'Drink Water' on wall which will remember to drink water regularly. I guess it will helps. It's for physical health.

2. Do Journaling

         Journaling is nothing but writing about your feelings on the note which can be regular basis. It helps to know yourself more that you don't know yet. There are so many types of journaling out there where people used for their welfare. For example, Gratitude journaling, Art journaling, Bullet journaling, Tracker and so on. You can go for it. Just give 10 minutes to do journaling for yourself. It's for mental health.

3. Reading

     It may be sound odd campared to other tips. Because reading is not only for learning and development but also for your inner peace. It's helps to forget the world for a while that means you will forget the reality for sometime. Reality hurts the most in this world let's into the imaginative world for a while. 

4. Gardening

        It gives such a pure relaxation I'm sure. You don't need to maintain such enormous space where you have to cultivate. You can just buy some pot plants that you like most. Place them where you roaming often. Then just give 10 minutes for yourself to take care of them. You have a responsibility to take care of them. That's all. This habit will make you a good responsible person in future.

5. Long bath ( weekly ones)

       Take a long bath every weekend that would be great if you take regularly. Why I'm saying this that the slow bathing will relax your body. It will be different if you have it heartly. You can take bubble bath or aromatic shower. Play music while bathing that will be funny. After all it will give a good refreshment.


There are hundreds of ideas out there especially for self care. It's the most basic and beginner level of tips. These are the most basic thing for us but we often forget to take care of ourselves.
