 5 PANDEMIC MORNING ROUTINE IDEAS | PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT


   In this pandemic situation people have to locking themselves in their houses. It is an unavoidable and necessary as well. During lockdown people become lazy and lost their interest towards positivity. Some bad situations make life becomes boring and distraught. If your day become beautiful, then start a day with a beautiful mindset. All we know that beautiful mindset become positive day. But here it's difficult for us to follow such positive things.  Here some positive ideas given for you to start your day with beautiful mindset.

      All we know that morning routine will reflect the whole day vibe. So we have to be positive while starting our morning. These 5 main morning routine ideas may be or not you have hear somewhere. But these are my routine which I'm following for long days. I'm sure it will help you to be positive.

1. Drink water and clean yourself

                  After getting up everyone should drink enough water and increase your body hydrate level. It helps to regain your energy and needs to start your morning. You can drink water or hot lime water. Then you can do is everyone should clean them. Take shower and clean your body. While bathing you can play some of your favourite music in the background. It will increase your positivity. 

2. Meditation or Yoga

                  Just forget outside world for a while. Don't bother about what's going on whole world. Just sitting on the comfortable place and close your eyes amd start listening your breath. Feel your inner peace. Embracing your vibe. Just increase your positive vibes through doing meditation. You can do yoga. You can only analyse what is prepare for you. Practice everyday, it will become one of your habit.

3. Reading

           Read any self help book everyday which can be one or two pages. Something you catch from every page or something extraordinary thing you will find while reading. It's depend on you and your dedication. Why I'm saying you to read only self help book means that it will give gist of positivity and that change your mindset. That's the only one thing we needed. Read any self help book. I'm currently reading " Think Like A Monk written by Jay Shetty" everyday one chapter. 

4. Gratitude

                Grateful for what you're having in your life. Thankful for what makes you happy. Take a empty note and starting jot down your gratitude. In this pandemic situation it will helps to build your gratitude. Gratitude gives positivity. Whenever you start writing what are the things you grateful for that increase your positivity. It helps to manage this PANDEMIC.

5. Visualization

            Sit on the comfortable place and close your eyes then visualise what you want to become. Visualise each and every step you want to take in the future. Picture them vividly in your mind theatre. Just enjoy those scenery. If you want to be middle of the forest then just visualise those scenery and feel every inch of the place. Just imagine like walking through woods and you can hear beautiful wind sounds, you can touch foliage, you can observe the smell of the woods. Just like that visualise whatever you want and forget outside world.

Don't turn on the news channels in the morning.

Because it will ruined your day. May be these ideas are familiar or it seems like normal but if you start your morning routine like this you will see the changes that you make everyday. Do consistently and don't take break while doing your morning routine. Just practice and give your dedication. Forget the past and move on.
