If you interact in negative discussion, you can't return from fastly. Back Slowly Away from negativity as soon as possible.
When a family member, a friend, or a colleague is involved, distancing ourselves is often not an option or not the first response we want to give. We need to use other strategies.
The 25/75 Principle
You should know the fact of spending time with others what are the topics interact with others. When you analysed the principle of spending time with negative people you need to away from them. At least 75 percent of your time is spent with people who inspire you rather than bring you down.
Allocate Time
We know the value of time and spending time principle with people. Now we know about how to allot time for people who those have negativity. If some people have less amount of negativity, then you can spend an hour with them. But if you have to spend people who have highest level of negativity, don't think about to interact with them even a minute.
Don't Be a Savior
If you sure about something clear, you can tell to them. Like if you have solution to their problems, then only you can include their conversation. Otherwise don't be a Savior.
Don't attempt to fix a problem unless you have the necessary skills.
How to get out of Internal Negativity
In this internal negative thoughts we have to spot out the correct causes for the negativity. You need to analyse your thoughts in order to find the spot of the negativity. So Analyse your thoughts!!
Stop
After you find the reason of negativity, then you must stop that negative comments from your mind completely. Replace with positivity!!
Swap
After that you give the forgiveness for all of that. First of all, you forgive opposite people then forgive your soul. Amend Forgiveness!!
